For our home delivery customers we have delivered many thousands of newspapers throughout the year and over the next few weeks customers will see improvements to this service with the introduction of our new newspaper wrapping machine.

Improvements to our home delivery service will take place over the next few weeks.  We have a new newspaper wrapping machine on it's way from New Zealand which will make our early morning preparations more efficient.  The new machine which is only the second in Australia will allow us to better cater for late deliveries from publishers and large weekend newspapers.

Within a few weeks you will notice the changes.  Faster wrapping of the morning newspaper means we will be able to get our delivery drivers on the road much earlier, even when papers are delivered to us late.  You will also notice the paper will arrive in a better condition particularly for larger weekend newspapers that our current machine has struggled to deal with as the newspaper size has grown in recent times.

We look forward to being able to provide these improvements to our valued home delivery customers, making the convenience of having your newspaper delivered each morning an even better experience.
